The Green Climate Fund (GCF) was established as an operating entity of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in 2010. The RMI National Climate Change Policy Framework (NCCPF) sets out the Government of RMI’s commitments and responsibilities to address climate change.
