A strategic focus for the Pacific Adaptation to Climate Change (PACC) project in 2010 was to enhance project implementation capacity at all levels from the regional to the country level in particular delivering on the three main components1 of the project and overall project management. Such a direction was given to the SPREP Regional Project Management Unit (RPMU) and UNDP by the PACC Project Board at its August 2010 meeting.
