With the assistance of the South Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP), the Government of Vanuatu has determined to address a significant gap in the laws of Vanuatu applying to the control of ozone depleting substances (ODS) and the implementation of the obligations arising under the Vienna Convention and the Montreal Protocol.
