The Access Benefit and Sharing Regulations (ABS Regulations) is being developed in accordance with the Nagoya Protocol to the Convention on Biological Diversity. This report details the outcomes of the consultations with the identified stakeholders. Although the ABS Regulations is limited to access to genetic resources in Tuvalu, it is the first to provide a legal basis for the use of traditional knowledge in this context.

This document, which can be used by project partners and member countries, outlines the branding and approval protocols for communication materials that have been funded - in whole or in part - by the PacWastePlus (PWP) Programme.
