It is a well accepted fact tht all life on earth depends on water to survive. It is also becoming increasingly obvious that as manking continues on a path of rapid population growth and natural resource consumption, our supplies of water are simultaneously dwindling and being polluted by the by-products of our existence. As elswhere on earth relationship between man and his fresh and marine water is scarce, and floats precariously on a layer of sea water just below ground level. These supplies are very vulnerable to over use and contamination from a large range of human activities
