One World: Cleaner Production & Hazardous Waste/UN Cleaner Production Network/Greenpeace Awareness Trip to Asia/Campaign against chlorine products

Abstract

This audio tape is a combination of discussions on several issues with relevance to the environment. The United Nations Cleaner Production Network aims at addressing this issue by assessing methods of waste disposal. The United States Government also implemented policies for the assessment of chlorine products and attempts to control their production. A Greenpeace ship on the other hand travelled around Asia to draw attention to the danger associated with the importing and exporting of hazardous waste.
