Enhancing the efficiency of essential infrastructure service delivery is an important element in improving the environment for the business sector. This paper prepared by a consultant for the Forum Secretariat reviews power sector tariffs and costs. The paer concludes that FIC governments have scope to introduce policies that will reduce costs and prices in this sector, to the benefit of the business community.
