This paper was prepared by FIAS in conjunction with the Forum Secretariat. It reviews the extent to which the policies of the Forum Island Countries are consistent with APEC non-binding investment principles. The current state of the continuing reform of these policies is also reviewed. Suggestions are provided for regional assistance to facilitate these reforms.
