Draft Tonga Fisheries Project: Second Annual Plan July 2003 - June 2004

The implementing agency for the Project is the Ministry of Fisheries ( MoF). The Project team is based in the Ministry of Fisheries compunds at Sopu in Tongatapu and Pangai in Ha'apai. The project also works with the Tonga Export Fisheries Association, the Champer of Commerce, Ministry of Central Planning, Ministry of Labour, Commerce and Industry, Department of Environment, the Nuku'alofa Fishing Club, Tonga Trust, Langa Fonua, 'Aloua Ma'a Tonga and other stakeholders in the sector.
